Mr. Darvish graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, located in Sacramento. Serving in the state's capital, Mr. Darvish's experience at the California Franchise Tax Board, along with his concentration throughout law school in taxation lies at the heart of estate planning, corporate formation and a variety of other legal needs. His experience with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office also brings a level of understanding for the complex legal system in which skilled negotiation is essential.

Mr. Darvish practices several areas of law. He practices mostly in Estate Planning. However, he also practices real estate, business and corporate law formation (i.e., Corporations, LLCs, Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Professional Corporations and Non-Profit Corporations).  Once they have been formed, Mr. Darvish provides advice to these various entities.

Living in the Los Angeles area most of his life has allowed Mr. Darvish to stay in touch with the local community. As a small firm, he understands individualized attention is necessary to clients. Our office is a consumer and small business oriented law practice dedicated to the needs of individuals, their families and their businesses.
